History
Grinpal Energy Management (Pty) Ltd was established in 1999, as a 50/50 joint venture between Saab Grintek and Palace Engineering Services (part of the Palace Group of companies). In December 2008, Grinpal became a wholly owned Palace Group subsidiary.
