GRINPAL has installed prepaid in utility operations of its own, and helped other utilities do the same. GRINPAL’s hands-on experience, with its own intellectual property prepaid meters puts it in a unique position to assist utilities with planning, implementing and managing prepaid solutions. In addition to the 100% meter change-out, GRINPAL has worked with other utilities in Southern Africa to initiate and install prepaid meter programs.
